Alongside getting lower pricing on their cascade, we know that many pharmacy and dispensing practices will have thresholds or minimum spends from suppliers to manage on a monthly basis.

You are able to input this on supplier target thresholds, and we will update and email you if you are below this as the month goes on.

Yes - your cascade will block over-tariff orders as the default option to help you avoid over-spending on expensive stock.

However, there are plenty of options to ensure you can still get the medicines your patients need. You can set a % tolerance, so you buy up to x% over-tariff, you can compare prices on e-CASS Web and order direct with suppliers, or you can switch the block off completely.

If you have accounts with our existing suppliers, it will usually only take a few days to get you marked for Cambrian pricing with them and you'll be able to use them on your cascade quickly.
