There is still time to join our new WhatsApp Service…
We appreciate that our customers are busy! As we are always looking for ways to improve our service to customers, we are pleased to announce the Cambrian Alliance WhatsApp group.
We will continue to post all urgent messages on e-CASS Web and via email too so we can ensure you receive these important messages.
Some of the great features of the WhatsApp Service are as follows:
- This is a free to join service
- It will be used for customer update messages only
- You will need ‘personal’ WhatsApp App on the mobile devices(s) you wish to use
- This is for broadcast messages only so will you will not be part of a “group chat” receiving multiple messages / replies
- Once you register, upon receipt of our first message all you need to do is save the Cambrian Alliance Group number to your contacts (which will then enable us to send messages in the future)
If you would like to be part of the group click here, add a few details and we will do the rest. You can even add more than one mobile number if you would like the broadcast to be sent to more than one device too!
For broadcast messages to work, we need you to save our WhatsApp number into your phone, so if you’d like to make things even easier, save 0743 6417588 as Cambrian Alliance Group WhatsApp.
